Our Website follows all legal requirements to protect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy is a legal statement that explains how we may collect information from you, how we may share your information, and how you can limit our sharing of your information. You will see terms in our Privacy Policy that are capitalized. These terms have meanings as described in the Definitions section below.

- CommentsWhen visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Use of Data
We use the collected data for various purposes and we will NEVER sell your data:
- To provide and maintain quality Service
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To provide customer support
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
- To provide you with news, special offers and general information about services and events which we offer related to renting / buying a Recreational Vehicle
Data Retention
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the Personal Data they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Personal Data is retained and used to comply with legal obligations and to resolve disputes and enforce legal agreements and policies.

- Business Transaction. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
- Disclosure for Law Enforcement. Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Dave’s RVs will not sell your information to any third-party agency for the sake of profitable gain.
Payments
We provide services through our Service that require payments. In that case, we use third-party services to process payments (ie-payment processors).
All dealer direct payments made through DavesRVs.com are processed through Stripe…a PCI Service Provider Level 1 (HIGHEST). You can read more about their security by reading this article.

Our Service contains links to other sites which are not operated by Dave’s RVs. If you click on a third-party link, you will most likely be directed to that third-party site. We strongly advise you review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not intentionally address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We may will post any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
